Have you ever got tied up and you cant move?
You know someone is helping but you still cant move?
When you realized that you are not moving and stucked at one position..
Look at whats around you.
As for the image below,
It is taken from Twitter.
It appears when there are too many tweets being posted and it basically informs
us that Twitter is over capacity and kinda jammed with those uber tweets posting.
4 birds we flying right and the other 4 flying to the left.

I guess if Twitter change their picture, they wont be
over capacity of tweets.
